I grew up in Austin, TX and became interested in music and theatre in early high school. I went on to earn my BA in Theatre from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in 2011 and my MFA in Theatre Design from Texas Tech University in 2019. 

I was chosen to demonstrate my thesis work for the Prague Quadrennial International Design Festival in 2019. I also won the Region 6 Barbizon Award for Theatrical Design Excellence in Sound Design in 2019 and went on to represent my region at the Kennedy center in Washington DC. 

I started Two Beard Theatre Company with some friends and had a great time producing theatre in the Austin area.
I've taught Technical Theatre and Design in Pflugerville and Round Rock ISD High Schools and I am currently the Associate Professor of Sound at Oklahoma City University!
